Turkey, ham, or roast beef cut into thin strips--3 oz total--120 calories
sliced olives, 5--50 calories
1 med egg--70 calories
Diced tomato, 1 med--20 calories
diced bell pepper 1/2 medium--10 calories
olive oil, 1 tsp mixed with 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar--50 calories
Total calories=340
I haven't tried this yet with this dressing...but I've decided dressing is my downfall. Please post any other dressing ideas if you have some. I'm not thinking I'm an olive oil/balsamic kinda gal :)
